What are the conditions of the Security Deposit? How is it managed?

Claims and Security Deposit

The Security Deposit is included in the Second Instalment and is equal to 10% of the Charter Fee. The Security Deposit will be returned at the end of the Charter Period, save for the cases of liability for damages described in the Azimut Charter Club Agreement.
