What happens if the A.P.A. ends before the end of the charter?

Payments

Having paid the A.P.A. via the Stakeholder’s Clients Account, the Charterer shall be advised by the Captain as to the disbursement of the A.P.A. and shall, if the balance remaining becomes insufficient in the light of current expenditure as supported by receipts, pay to the Captain a sufficient sum to maintain an adequate credit balance.
