Payment of the reservation takes place in two instalments:
First Instalment (Reservation Deposit)
At the time of the reservation, immediate payment of 10% of the Charter Fee and of the Advance Provisioning Allowance (A.P.A.) is required via electronic payment (American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay) or by bank transfer (only if the booking takes place at least 15 days before the start of the charter).
Second Instalment (Balance of Charter Fee and of the Advance Provisioning Allowance plus Security Deposit of 10% of the Charter Fee)
The payment of the second instalment will take place no later than 10 days before the start of the Charter Period and exclusively by bank transfer to AZIMUT YACHTS Account (and it shall be deemed paid only when cleared).

The Charter Fee includes the charter of the yacht with all its equipment in working order; tools; stores; cleaning materials and basic consumable stores for engine room, deck, galley and cabins; laundry of ship’s linen; the Captain’s fee and (if present) crew’s wages, uniforms and food; the insurance of the yacht and crew as per Clause 16 of the Azimut Charter Club Agreement.
The Charterer will pay the Advance Provisioning Allowance (A.P.A.), which includes, but is not limited to, shoreside transport; fuel for the main engines and generators; fuel for tenders and water sports equipment; food and all beverages for the Charterer and his guests; berthing dues and other harbour charges including pilots’ fees, local taxes, divers’ fees, customs formalities and any charges for waste disposal, charges for water and electricity taken from shore; ships’ agents’ fees where applicable; personal laundry; Charterer and his guests’ communications and internet use; and hire or purchase costs of any special equipment placed on board at the Charterer’s request.
It is not possible to charter a yacht without a Captain.
